Support Contracts // Regular Days On-Site

Business, Home and Education Users can call or Email us now to discuss how we can help you, whether its rapid response ad-hoc Mac support service or regular days on-site to fully contracted Maintenance with Remote Support and guaranteed 4 or 8 hr response times we're sure we can tailor a solution for you!

Typically a Support Contract would Include the following........

• Guaranteed response within 30 minutes of any logged call

• Guaranteed On-Site Response within 4 to 8hrs (Depending on Customer Requirement)

• Unlimited Phone, Remote and On-site response (within reasonable limits) support included

• Software and Hardware Support included (including rebuilding machines to user specification in the event of a Hard Drive failure).

• Included – x number of half days on-site per Month, Bi-Monthly or per Quarter (depending on Customer requirement)

• Server Monitoring

• Remote Support on all Machines.

• iPhone/iPad Config

• Regular meetings to discuss new ideas and improvements.
