Our Consultants are vastly experienced (all Consultants have 14 years +) AIT Online is also Apple accredited and we are personable team of account handling Consultant Engineers who offer a more object oriented approach to giving you a great service. We’re always looking to build lasting relationships with our clients by not just responding to Mac support emergencies but by working with you, understanding your workflow and making the most of the investments you've already made in your IT Equipment. We provide support in a pro-active way to introduce improvements much like an in-house IT department would do and normally with time included on any agreement you might have with us. We Charge £90 for a Call-Out (includes the first hour on-site) and then £60 per hour and £50 per hour for Remote Support.

Extensive Toolbox

As well as supporting Macs and the day to day issues that crop up with them and the Apps people run on them, we also design and install Server Solutions including Mail Servers (Kerio, Office 365, Google Apps) to Backup Solutions (Local, Cloud, Client / Server) VOIP Phone Systems, Networking and Comms, VPN and remote Office, iOS Device Integration, Blackberry Integration, Intranet Sites, Websites, Hosting, Customised Filemaker Database Development, Font Servers, VMWare and Parallels and we're also proficient on the Windows platform and are more than happy supporting a cross platform Environment.
